What's the difference between standard rooms and pet-friendly rooms?

Pet-friendly rooms are designed for guests with pets, featuring slip-resistant floors, pet gates, pet beds, and food bowls. Some rooms have direct Dog Run access. Standard rooms do not allow pets. Campsite villas are larger with private gardens, ideal for families.

Do I need to reserve the private onsen? Can I bring my pet?

The private onsen requires reservation, 45 minutes per session. Pets are not allowed in human onsen areas. We offer a separate pet onsen service that can be booked separately.

What are the public onsen hours and rules?

The public onsen is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with separate male and female baths. Please shower before entering. Swimwear and towels are not allowed in the bath. Guests with tattoos are kindly asked to use the private onsen.

The outdoor Dog Run is over 500 sqm, separated into large and small/medium dog zones, with water stations and shaded rest areas. Rules: enter on leash then release, clean up waste immediately, aggressive dogs must be muzzled. Indoor Dog Run opening soon.

How do I get to the hotel? Is there a shuttle service?

About 20 minutes by car from JR Nihonmatsu Station. You can also take a local bus to the Dake Onsen stop. For shuttle service arrangements, please inquire when booking and we'll assist based on availability.

Pets attending the meetup must have completed basic vaccinations, have no history of aggressive behavior, and be in good health. Owners must be present at all times. Dogs that prefer solo time can use the indoor Dog Run instead.
