Over 500 sqm of professionally fenced natural grass running area, separated into large and small/medium dog zones. Regularly maintained with water stations and shaded rest areas.
Indoor Dog Run
An all-weather indoor activity space so your dog can run freely even on rainy days or during cold seasons. Equipped with non-slip mats and basic agility equipment.
Grooming & Drying Station
A self-service station with professional blow dryers, grooming table, and basic grooming tools. Dry and groom your pet right after their onsen bath.

What pets are allowed? Are there size restrictions?
We currently accept dogs and cats. Weight limits for dogs vary by room type (Pet-Friendly Room: 25kg, Suite: 30kg, Villa: 40kg). Please confirm specific pet types and breed restrictions when booking.
What vaccination certificates are required for pets?
All dogs require valid rabies vaccination certificates and combined vaccine (5-in-1 or above) certificates. Cats require 3-in-1 vaccine certificates. Certificates must be valid within 30 days before check-in. Specific requirements to be confirmed by operations.
What are the basic rules for pet stays?
Basic rules include: leash required in public areas, pet gate use in rooms, pets not allowed on beds, noise control (quiet after 10 PM), prompt waste cleanup. Damage compensation per facility policy. Detailed rules to be announced.
What if my pet gets sick during the stay?
We can assist in contacting nearby pet hospitals. We recommend knowing the nearest veterinary clinic location and bringing your pet's health records. For emergencies, contact the front desk immediately. Partner clinic list to be published after operations confirmation.
